Chat instantly with ILScorp staff
It’s now even easier to connect with ILScorp. If you’ve visited ilscorp.com, ilsjobbank.com or ilswebservices.com recently, you may have noticed a new feature: a green “help” tab. This tab initiates a live online chat between you and one of ILScorp’s customer service specialists.
To get started, simply click on the “help” tab on the left-hand side of the page and a chat box will pop up. Enter your email address (just for our reference) and your question or comment and click on “Email us.” One of our customer service specialists will be able to instantly help you.
Use this service from your computer, iPhone, iPad, Blackberry or Android device to easily ask questions and get answers about ILScorp products and services. For more technical questions, the application allows for ILScorp staff to “co-browse” with you, showing you where on the website you need to be.
Our live chat is available Monday through Friday (excepting statutory holidays) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PDT. Of course, you can still connect with ILScorp in other ways. Our telephone line (1-800-404-2211), answered by real people, is also open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PDT.
